Randolph Freking

Attorney Randolph Freking was born 1957, and attended the University of Dayton where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. He obtained his law degree at The Ohio State University, and was admitted to practice in 1982. Randolph lives in Cincinnati with his wife and four children, and is an avid Cincinnati Reds fan!

Randolph Freking is a founding member of Freking & Betz, and specializes in civil litigation, including personal injury and wrongful death. Attorney Freking has gained an extremely high level of expertise in civil litigation during the past 25 years, and as result he has achieved dozens of successful jury verdicts for his clients. In the last ten years alone, his zealous advocacy has resulted in jury verdicts of at least one million dollars in damages for five different plaintiffs.

Mark W. Napier

Attorney Mark Napier was born in 1953, and attended The Ohio State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He attended Ohio Northern University School of Law where he served as a Law Review Associate Editor, and was admitted to practice in 1978. After graduating, Mr. Napier first served as an assistant county prosecuting attorney. Mark Napier has been in private practice and handling litigation cases for over 25 years. He is a graduate of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America's National College of Trial Advocacy. Experienced as a trial lawyer, Mark concentrates his practice in the litigation of serious injury and wrongful death cases. He also has lectured to other attorneys on personal injury and wrongful death topics.

Mark Napier currently serves on the Cincinnati Bar Association's Bar Admissions Committee for Character & Fitness, and is also a Master in the Potter Stewart American Inns Of Court. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and various other national, state and local bar associations.

Charles T. McGinnis

Attorney Charles McGinnis graduated from the University of Toledo, College of Law in 1978. He has over 25 years of experience representing working people and providing for their legal needs. An experienced trial attorney, Attorney McGinnis represents victims who have suffered injury or death due to accidents, abuse and malpractice. He has taught continuing education courses for attorneys on a variety of subjects and is a frequent lecturer for union, pre-retirement and retiree groups. Attorney McGinnis is a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers as well as other national, state and local bar associations, and currently serves on the Cincinnati Bar Association Ethics Committee. Attorney McGinnis also served as Executive Director of the Ohio Legal Services Fund.
